David graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1996 with a bachelor of science in real estate. He began his career as a real estate salesperson and rental agent in the Allston/Brighton area. It was here that he learned the importance of meeting the needs of his clients in a timely fashion.

In 2001 he transitioned into the mortgage industry with Mortgage Corp. East in Rockland, MA. He spent the first year processing and underwriting loans in order to gain the necessary knowledge to make a smooth transition to the sales side in early 2002.
