Debra Perper moved to the Washington D.C. area in 1984. She began her career in marketing and finance at the Washington Post and then at Ernst and Young in their National Health Care Consulting Practice. Debra joined Dynamic Capital Mortgage in 2002 and has consistently been a Top Producer. Energy, enthusiasm and expertise have enabled Debra to rank as one of the company's top selling loan officers for four years.
Since joining Dynamic Capital Mortgage, she has become the company's expert in home construction lending. She is the DCM Account Executive for the Washington metropolitan area homebuilder, Miller and Smith. Debra also has particular expertise in first time home buyer programs and enjoys assisting customers plan for and qualify for a real estate purchase. She has conducted home buying seminars for small to medium sized businesses and has successfully implemented the Employee Mortgage Benefit Program for several area employers.
Debra credits her success to her customer focused approach to business. Her ability to identify and secure the very best loan product and program for each client comes from her dedication to understanding each client's goals and objectives. Debra lives in Maryland with her husband and two children.
