Cody Kessler is a Mortgage Consultant with over 11 years of marketing, sales, financial and mortgage lending experience to DCM. Prior to entering the mortgage industry, he was Vice President of a Bethesda (MD) based financial firm dealing with the purchase and sale of annuities to large insurance companies. His extensive knowledge of mortgage banking gets passed onto his clients in easy-to-understand terms, keeping them informed every step of the way. A firm believer that communication is imperative; he attributes his overwhelming success to superior client service. Referrals from past satisfied clients, top area real estate agents and developers make up 100% of his business and are testament to the superior service they were given in the past.
Cody specializes in difficult loans and challenged borrowers and believes that no loan is too tough. With a diverse client base, he understands the individual differences and financial backgrounds each person brings to the loan process. He helps his clients understand that each individual fits into a different loan. What may be right for one person is not necessarily the right loan for someone else. His objective is to understand the needs goals and desires of each client and then guide each client through the process to achieve these goals.
