Jonathan A. Kosow, Executive Vice President, brings over 12 years of mortgage banking experience to Dynamic Capital Mortgage. Most recently Jonathan served as Vice President of Guard Hill Financial Corporation, a New York based luxury residential mortgage bank, where Jonathan consistently originated more than $50 million per year. Jonathan earns his business 100% through referrals. Prior to GHFC, Jonathan was the Director of Sales for a boutique mortgage broker in Boston's Back Bay where Jonathan expanded the office from 2 to over 15 sales people.

Jonathan's responsibilities at Dynamic Capital include direct client services, sales management, recruiting and opening new offices.

Jonathan lives in Boston's South End with his wife and 2 children.
